Hockney's New Paris Exhibition: iPhone Art

Well known artist, David Hockney, 73 never thought his latest exhibition in Paris would be from his iPhone, iPod & iPad sketches. Hockney was introduced to this infamous app called "Brushes" just 8 months ago, which has allowed him to create stunning photos he never thought would be possible. This iTunes app, "Brushes" has turned into an internet phenomenon with its own Twitter and Facebook pages, a dedicated Flickr group and blog. Seems like this app is worth looking into! Check out this gallery of images from Hockney's Paris Exhibition, entitled Fleurs Fraiches (Fresh Flowers) as well as the incredible covers from The New Yorker magazine. Can you believe these paintings were done from an iPhone app? Tell us what you think!
