"I'm sorry this letter is so long, I didn't have time to make it shorter." — George Bernard Shaw

I love this line and have to work very hard to live this sentiment. So do many in the communications business. And to that point, I will keep this short and sweet.

Today Mashable published a great article on how to improve your website’s usability. And truth be told, aside from the usual suspects, there are many communications focused companies who can’t quite get this right. Go figure. We are currently reworking our own website to improve usability and visitor experience.

At the core of much of what Mashable points out is simplify, simplify, simplify. Concise is good. Get to the point. Eliminate unnecessary information. There are some great nuggets in here – for ALL of us.
