Is there a brand strategy behind Comedy Central's new logo?

Probably. But rather than breaking the whole thing down, examining the strategy behind the change and measuring the pros and cons - tell me - do you like it? Personally, I think it's great. I like the concept of being able to 'stamp' something as funny. And good news for Comedy Central, the stamp works on the iPad (side note to my husband, I really want one for Christmas). And further, it's so much better than that ridiculous Gap logo. Seriously. Am I wrong? Tell me what you think.
