Two More Spots From the Jet Blue Advertising Campaign

And the new tv campaign spots keep on coming. Jet Blue’s ad campaign points out that if you wouldn’t ‘take it on the ground’ why take it in the air? We revealed two of the new spots last week that pointed out the painfully obvious. In today’s blog, these two additional versions do exactly that. Indeed, the cab version is actually painful.


The feedback on this campaign has been mixed. In some cases the audience thinks this does nothing for the Jet Blue brand and actually makes the airline look ridiculous and well, lame. What do you think about this relatively new player in the aviation category’s effort toward their new positioning?

  1. Straight up solid strategy consistent with their brand- "bringing humanity back to air travel" Great expression and will no doubt be shared far and wide.
