Good Taste, Bad Taste?

There’s no question given viral marketing, social media and the like that traditional media has to take some risks to to be memorable and effective.
Here’s a link to an ad for Axe. Is this good advertising or simply bad taste as a result of resorting to some low hanging fruit. Pardon the pun.
