This is an illustration I did independently a couple years ago for a company called Laughing Crow Curriculum that creates environmental education material. It was just one of many options I showed them for use as their logo. In the end they decided to go another direction, but I think this was a great example that sometimes some pretty fun things end up on the cutting room floor.
No worries though, projects with smiling crows in hats spring up all the time... right? This raucous raven just might make an appearance again someday. If not, there’s always the portfolio.
