Actual ROI From Company Social Networking?! It's True.

One of my motivations for joining Twitter and starting this office blog was to learn how to utilize these forums for effective information and hopefully ROI for our clients. Hard for me to learn without doing. Since then, I've constantly been on the look out for how companies are effectively using social media to not only engage their customers but also to make money as a result.
